This Privacy Notice and
Johnson Controls Privacy Notice applies to your use of the C•CURE Go
Reader App (“the App”).
By downloading and installing the App onto your device and clicking on the ["Accept"]
button you are consenting to the processing of your personal information as explained in
this Privacy Notice/Policy.

Personal information the App may collect from you
The App may collect and process the following information about you:

Information you submit or provide: The App may collect information that you submit or
provide when (a) registering to use the App, (b) using the App’s features and functionality
or (c) you report a problem with the App. This information may include:

First and last name
- Photograph
- Occupation/Title
- GPS location (optional)
- Credential expiration date

Log Information: When you use the App, the App may also automatically collect and
store certain information to provide diagnostic data that can assist in troubleshooting
problems with the app. This includes information about what parts of the App you use as
well as date or time stamps. This information is stored locally on the device.

Location Information: The App may use GPS and other similar technologies to collect
the location of your device, where this is directly relevant to the features provided by the
App. If you use any location-enabled functionality you will be asked if you agree to the
collection of location data. You have the choice to allow location data to be collected only
once (during your use of the App at that time), only during the times when you are using
the App, or at all times. If you agree to allow location data to be collected at all times, your
location data will be collected in the background even when the App is in standby. This
functionality can be turned off on the device via the settings.

The App processes your personal information for the following purposes:

App (including any additional functionalities you may have requested).

Security and fraud prevention. The App may use your personal information to ensure the
security of your use of the App, your user account (if applicable), as well as for the purpose
of maintaining the security of the occupants within your facility.

Personal information collected via the App will be shared with your employer.

The personal information that you provide is retained in accordance with the retention policies of
your employer.
