C•CURE®  Central Web-based Security Administration

C•CURE Central enables you to manage personnel data and access control clearances from anywhere in the world. Ideal for customers who have facilities around a country or around the world, C•CURE Central uses a central database where cardholder updates can automatically be distributed to selected C•CURE 800/8000 servers in the C•CURE Central network.

Easily manage multiple cards for each cardholder

C•CURE Central lets you assign up to five cards to one cardholder record instead of having to create a separate record for each card. This dramatically streamlines the process for managing multiple cards assigned to an individual.

Comply with FIPS 201

C•CURE Central enables government applications to address the U.S. Government’s Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), specifically, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201. A key component of the new FIPS 201 credentialing for all government employees and contractors is the Cardholder Unique Identifier (CHUID).

C•CURE Central directly addresses the CHUID requirement, letting customers configure all of the required fields while also providing additional fields for enhanced security.

Increase Security with Longer Card Numbers

C•CURE Central supports longer card numbers—up to 256 bits—which offer greater protection against card duplication; this is especially valuable to customers who require card numbers that exceed 10 digits such as universities.

General Import/Export Option (GIEO) makes it easy to transfer information

C•CURE Central’s GIEO supports importing and exporting of information from other databases, spreadsheets, or documents when building the C•CURE Central database.

Authentication of information ensures data security

C•CURE Central authenticates users via a login and password to ensure data security at all times. Users can be given different administration levels, allowing some more control of the system than others.

Easily manage images across the enterprise

C•CURE Central supports image replication between the C•CURE Central and C•CURE 800/8000 systems, ensuring employee photos are shared across the enterprise.
